In the current era, valuation of human and social capital of companies has become very important. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and confirmatory factor analysis using smart pls2.0 and SPSS 21. The results of the research show that Human Capital and Social capital has a positive and significant positive effect on the Organizational Performance. Also, the social capital variable as a Moderator variable reinforces the impact of human capital on organizational performance.
