        The main objective of this study was to examine the relationship between the leadership styles of state school managers (based upon Linker's theory) with the secondary teacher job satisfaction. The research methodology was descriptive-correlation. The statistical population for this study included the entire 37 school manager's of Parsabad city and all the 413 high school teachers of Parsabad. Sing Morgan table, the sample size was 32 managers and the teachers sample size was (5 teachers per each manager) added up to 160 people. The sampling method was random sampling. The data was collected through two questionnaires: Smith, Kendall, and Holins job satisfaction questionnaire, and a researcher made questionnaire regarding Likerts leadership styles. The following results were achieved: 1- There was no significant relationship between managers' autocratic leadership styles and teachers' job satisfaction. 2- There was significant relationship between managers' benevolent leadership styles and teachers' job satisfaction significant. 3- There was significant relationship between managers' consultative leadership styles and teachers` job satisfaction. 4- There was significant relationship between managers' participative leadership styles and teachers` job satisfaction 5-The average use of consultative and participative leadership styles was higher than other leadership styles. 6- Some 74% percent of the teachers reported job satisfaction. 7.         The main purpose of the study was to investigate the effect of immunization instruction against stress of examination and academic performance among first grade high school female students in Miandoab city. This semi -experimental study was conducted on 30 students who scored high on Philips Test Anxiety Inventory. The sample was selected through cluster random sampling and participants were randomly divided into two experimental and control groups. Philips Test Anxiety Inventory was administered at pre- test to all participants. The experimental group received intervention methods: Relaxation, Self- instruction (guided self- dialogue), Breath control, Guided imagery and Problem Solving Skills in six sessions while the control group did not receive any intervention. Philips Test Anxiety Inventory was administered again at post-test. Data obtained from pre-test and post-test was analyzed using the factorial analysis of covariance (ANCOVA). The findings showed that compared to the control group, test anxiety in the experimental group significantly decreased whereas intervention didn't have effect on improvement of academic performance in experimental group.                                               Manuscript profile

        The aim of this study was to assess the psychological empowerment of Tabriz University staff. It was done among Research & Instruction Staff based on Thomas Model. The population was 248 people from which 92 people were chosen as sample size through Cochran formula the sampling method was ratio stratified sampling. The data collecting mean was the Speritizer Standard Questionnaire; the professors verified the validity of the questionnaire. By using the cronbach Alfa Coefficient that was %91, which verified its reliability. The collected data were analyzed through descriptive and inferential statistics (Single group t, t independent, F variance analysis). The results of this study showed that the psychological empowerment of Tabriz University staff based on Thomas Model was higher than average. The staff mean on suitability, autonomy, effectiveness, and meaningfulness were 17/43, 15/33, 15/02, and 16/59 respectively. Also among the other findings (t independent, F variance analysis) the results showed that there was not a significance difference between gender, work section, education and the psychological empowerment.   Manuscript profile

        This study aimed at determining the relationship between high-school teenagers' sensation seeking with their Internet dependency. This study was laid out in Tabriz. In order to study this case, among high school students in five districts of Tabriz, 384 were randomly selected. In order to collect data, Zuckerman sensation seeking standard questionnaire, and Young Internet addiction was used. The results showed that there was a positive significant difference between sensations seeking with internet addiction and there was a negative significant difference between subscale experiences seeking with internet addiction and there was a significant difference between experiences seeking, dysphonic and disinheriting with internet addiction. The regression results showed that boredom susceptibility and disinheriting were suitable predictor for internet addiction.   Manuscript profile

        The present study aimed at investigating the relationship between cognitive styles (field dependence and field independence) with learning and studying female among the theoretical high-school students of Tabriz. Employing descriptive-correlational method, the data was collected through GEFT and MSLQ. The statistical population included all thethird grade students 6821 people in fifth educational districts of Tabriz. Using Morgan`s. Table the sample size 364 people. The sampling method was multiple clusters. The reliability of questionnaires was acceptable. For analyzing and interpreting the data, SPSS software (version 17) was used. The results demonstrated that cognitive style of the participants was field independence. A positive and direct relationship was found between cognitive (field dependence and field independence) and studying methods and learning styles of the female participants. Finally, no significant relationship was found between cognitive styles (dependence field and independence field) of participants at different majors.   Manuscript profile

        The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between the quality of work- life (QWL) and burnout among guidance and high school teachers in Meshkinshahr. Statistical population of the study was 1378 people. According to Morgan – kerjcie table the sample size was 302 people. The method of sampling was stratified random sampling. Collected tools included two questionnaires with reliability coefficient (0/92) for the quality of work- life and reliability coefficient (0/86) for burnout. To analyze data Pearson's correlation coefficient and gradual multi- variable regression was. The results showed that there was a meaningful relationship between the quality of teachers' work- life and their burnout level. According to negative correlation coefficient (-0/24) this relation was a reverse and indirect relation. Among the components of the quality of work- life, the components of fields of education and continuous opportunities, job design and work climate the Alpha level have at 0.01 there was a meaningful and indirect relation with burnout.         The aim of the present study was to investigate the relationship between emotional intelligence and mental health with job burnout among the nurses in kerman hospitals (state, private and social security hospital). The sample size was 252 nurses. The research method was descriptive correlation. The sampling method was random stratified sampling. To collect the data three standard questionnaires were used, namely: emotional intelligence, job burnout, and mental health. To analyses the data descriptive and inferential statistics were used. To process the data SPSS software was used. A cording to the obtained results, increasing emotional intelligence of nurses, had reduced their job burnout. Those nurses with good mental health, can deal with tension better and consequently experience less job burnout. The nurses, who maintain high emotional intelligence, prosper the mental health, for emotional health is a skill that limits negative consequence of stress. Thus learning the methods which increase the emotional intelligence can cause mental health and reduce job burnout.       Manuscript profile

        The purpose of the study was to investigate the relationship between organizational intelligence and managers` leadership style with teachers` job satisfaction. The research method was descriptive – correlation. The statistical population was all the managers and teachers in high-schools. Through the random sampling method the sample size included 82 manager and 240 teachers. To gather the data three questionnaires namely; The Albrerkht organizational intelligence, Mitzkases and Bardner leadership styles and GDI job satisfaction were used. The cronbach Alpha was 0.95, 0.80 and 085 respectively. To analyze the data descriptive and inferential statistics (stepwise concurrent linear regression) were used. The results showed that there was a significant negative difference between the organizational intelligence and managers` leadership style with teachers` job satisfaction. There was also a significant difference between the managers` task- oriented style with teachers` job entity, supervision, relationship, promotion and salary dimension.   Manuscript profile
