Abstract :

Summary The purpose of this research is to design and validate the policy model in science and technology parks, which was done with a mixed (qualitative-quantitative) approach. In the qualitative part of the research, with a targeted field method, in-depth semi-structured interviews were conducted with 8 university professors and managers of science and technology parks in West Azarbaijan province, and in the quantitative part, information was collected from the questionnaire created by the researcher and completed by the employees and experts of the park and Technology has been collected. To analyze the qualitative data, the theme analysis method was used with the Brown and Clark approach and structural equations were used in the quantitative part to validate the model. According to the findings of the research, the policy-making model in science and technology parks was extracted with 8 macro categories and 22 sub-categories, which macro categories include the elements of the systematic system of the park, pattern finding and pattern making, events and events, functions and duties, the country's macro policies, economy-oriented, categories It is support and culture building.
