The statistical population includes university professors and managers of manufacturing industries in Baghdad. The sampling method is snowball and 10 experts have been interviewed. The sampling method of this research is theoretical and purposeful. The analysis was done using themes. The research tool is semi-structured interview. The results of the research indicate that 5 main dimensions including creating a suitable job, training and scientific development, creating effective communication, risk management and providing rewards and encouragement have been achieved. Also, 116 primary codes were extracted from 10 interviews, from which 20 secondary codes were obtained. One of the proposals of the study is the formation of teams consisting of members of different departments to identify and implement innovative solutions to reduce negative environmental effects. These teams can take on specific projects such as optimizing energy consumption or recycling waste materials.
