Abstract :
The aim of the current research is the feasibility of realizing sustainable digital human resource management in medical science universities of the country. The aim of the current research is the feasibility of realizing sustainable digital human resource management in medical science universities of the country.The current research is applied in terms of purpose and a combination of documentary and survey methods, and in terms of nature, analytical, and exploratory, which was carried out using quantitative and qualitative models.The statistical population included 30 academic experts in management fields and organizational experts in the University of Medical Sciences, including senior managers, and professors related to the research topic, who were selected by snowball sampling until theoretical diffusion was achieved. The results of the quantitative section showed that knowledge and technology are the priority with an average rank of 2.69. Financial with an average rank of 2.53 in the second priority, structural/management with an average rank of 2.47 in the third priority, infrastructure with an average rank of 2.42 in the fourth priority, human resources capacity with an average rank of 2.33 in the fifth rank and finally resources A person with an average rank of 2.29 is in the last priority. Based on the obtained results, it is suggested that arrangements be made based on knowledge and communication and information innovations to promote sustainable digital human resource management in Iran's medical sciences universities.
