Abstract :
The aim of this study was to determine the impact of human resource management on organizational citizenship behavior with the mediating role of lifestyle with a green approach. The present study was applied in terms of its purpose and descriptive in terms of correlational data collection. The statistical population of this research was all the employees of Islamic Azad University, Isfahan Branch, whose number was 660. Using Cochran's formula, the sample size was 242 people, and the sample people were selected using the stratified sampling method proportional to the volume.The research tool was Sabz Hamid et al.'s standard human resource management questionnaire (2020), Sabz Hoy's organizational citizenship behavior standard questionnaire (2022) and Sabz Florental's standard lifestyle questionnaire (2011). were placed and after the necessary terms validity was confirmed and on the other hand the reliability of the questionnaires was estimated by Cronbach's alpha method as 0.92, 0.91 and 0.90 respectively and data analysis at the inferential level consisting of equation modeling The findings showed that human resource management has a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, the coefficient of which was 0.75, and lifestyle played a role as a mediating variable in the relationship between human resource management and organizational citizenship behavior
