Abstract :
Introduction and Objective: Generation Z has grown up in recent decades in a technology-driven environment characterized by rapid changes in communication and information technology. Given the importance of entrepreneurship in economic and social development, identifying the factors influencing the enhancement of entrepreneurial spirit among students of this generation is essential. The objective of this research is to identify and prioritize these factors in Generation Z students.
Research Methodology: This study is applied in terms of its objective and descriptive-survey in terms of data collection method. Data were collected using a questionnaire whose content validity was confirmed by experts and scholars, and its reliability was assessed through inconsistency rate analysis. The statistical population consisted of 30 experts and specialists in the education sector of Sistan and Baluchestan province, with a minimum of 5 years of managerial experience. Data analysis was conducted using the one-sample t-test and the hierarchical analysis method, employing SPSS and Expert Choice software.
Findings: The results revealed that three main factors—"infrastructure and requirements," "training methods," and "mechanisms"—have the most significant impact on fostering the entrepreneurial spirit in Generation Z students. Among these, infrastructure and requirements held the highest importance with a weight of 0.250. Training methods and mechanisms followed with weights of 0.184 and 0.090, respectively.
Discussion and Conclusion: The findings indicate that establishing proper infrastructure, implementing effective training methods in education, and designing supportive mechanisms can play a crucial role in strengthening the entrepreneurial spirit among Generation Z students. These results can serve as a guide for policymakers and educational managers in planning and implementing strategies for entrepreneurial development.
