Abstract :
The purpose of the present research was to investigate the mediating role of innovative culture in relation to leadership intelligence, professional capital and value-based management of managers on the sustainable improvement of schools.
The type of descriptive-correlational research is structural equation modeling. The statistical population of principals of primary schools in Urmia city is 518 people. A sample of 434 managers of Urmia city was randomly selected. All tools are standard and have acceptable validity and reliability. spss, pls software was used for analysis. The results showed that the direct effects of leadership intelligence, professional capital and value-based management on the sustainable improvement of schools without the presence of a mediating variable (innovative culture) are significant, that is, leadership intelligence, professional capital and value-based management without the presence of a mediating variable lead to sustainable improvement. It becomes schools. Also, the direct effect of innovative culture on the sustainable improvement of schools and the indirect effects of leadership intelligence, professional capital and value-based management on the sustainable improvement of schools through innovative culture are significant. Therefore, innovative culture can mediate the relationships between leadership intelligence, professional capital, and value-based management and sustainable school improvement.
