Abstract :
Introduction: Recently, in the management literature, there is talk of a new model in the field of organization and management; A paradigm known as quantum theory. This paradigm is related to the scientific perspective of modern management and its purpose is to develop the capabilities and capabilities of employees in the direction of organizational goals. This is one of the major challenges in the Iranian educational system. Accordingly, the purpose of this study was to present a quantum management model in educational organizations.
research methodology: Research method, qualitative content analysis based on " grounded theory" and deep research semi-structured interview research tool with a purposeful method for selecting statistical samples up to the stage of theoretical saturation in the data and analysis method through coding to extract categories Related to the model. For reliability and validity, the criterion of appropriateness and the criterion of logic and depth were ensured.
Findings: According to the results, in open coding, 367 primary codes, in axial coding 57 major categories and in selective coding 19 nuclear categories in the form of causal, intermediate, contextual, strategies / enablers, consequences and main phenomenon (quantum management) class are locked. In order to achieve the goals of research based on contextual theory, quantum management as the main phenomenon in the form of a logical model and relying on its understanding with conditions (causal, intermediate and contextual), strategies / enablers and consequences were identified.
Conclusion: As a result, we can say that by moving towards this model, we have witnessed a fundamental change in the development of quantum management in educational organizations.
