Validation of the management model of social dynamics of schools at secondary level(case example of Kermanshah province)

Abstract :
Introduction: The present research was conducted with the aim of measuring the effectiveness of the social dynamic management model of schools in the education system. The current research is an applied-developmental study according to its purpose, and it is a cross-sectional survey research from the point of view of the method and time frame of data collection.
Research methodology: In order to collect data in this research, a questionnaire made by the researcher based on the model of the social dynamics model is mentioned. The statistical population of the present study includes middle school principals of schools in Kermanshah province. The sampling method of this research was multi-stage cluster sampling and the sample size was obtained based on Cochran's formula, which was 384.
Findings: Based on the obtained results, the significance level of causal conditions with the dimension of the central phenomenon is equal to the value of 150.27, the level of significance of the central phenomenon with the components of strategies is equal to the value of 8, and the level of significance of the background conditions with the dimension of strategies is equal to the value of 6.52 and The significance level of intervening factors with the dimension of strategies is equal to the value of 6.70, and all these values are greater than the standard value of 1.96.
Conclusion: Considering the significance of the investigated components, the research shows the validity of the investigated components and the appropriate effectiveness of the social dynamic management model of schools in the education system.
