Abstract :
Purpose: design a paradigmatic model of teachers’ performance management based on organizational retention The research is of a qualitative research with based on the grounded theory methodology. The population of the research included experts in the field of education in Alborz province, whose selection was done in a purposeful by snowball type. The data collection method was a semi-structured interview. 14 experts were interviewed. Straus Corbin analysis method (1998) is apply for analyzing data., factors effective on the performance management of teachers based on organizational sustainability are: causal conditions (livelihood justice, organizational justice), background conditions (labor relations, financial policy); intervening conditions (adjustment of legal factors, system reform, compensation for teachers’ services, job loyalty, job value), strategies (formulation the evaluation system, reforming the evaluation system, implementing the career path, improving the career path, Meritocracy, succession) and consequences (individual consequences, organizational consequences). The findings show that livelihood justice and organizational justice affect the perception of teachers’ performance management and work relations, financial policy, teacher compensation system reform, job value and evaluation system reform, and career path reform on teachers’ organizational retention strategies. This study emphasizes the need to support teachers to maintain and sustain them so that they can provide quality education
