Abstract :
The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction with the burnout of teachers and administrators in Roudehen city. The statistical population in this research includes all the teachers and administrators of the city of Roudehen, whose number is equal to 500. In this research, the method of determining the sample size is the use of the Karajesi and Morgan formula, the number of statistical samples is 217, and the stratified random sampling method. The measurement tool in this research is the organizational culture questionnaire from the Robbins questionnaire (1991) and the employee job satisfaction questionnaire by Smith, Kendall and Holin (1969) and the Maslach burnout questionnaire in 1981 by Maslach or Mezlach (1981) whose average Cronbach's alpha coefficient is 0.84. The analysis of the collected data was done in two descriptive and inferential ways through SPSS21 software. The data obtained from the implementation of the questionnaire in two sections of descriptive statistics including the calculation of centrality and dispersion indices and performing the Kolmograph-Smirnov test to check the normality of the data distribution and in the section of inferential statistics to measure the relationship between the variables using the Pearson correlation coefficient test and the multiple regression test The variable will be used to analyze the hypotheses. The results showed that the two variables of organizational culture and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on the burnout of teachers and administrators in Roudehen city.
