Evaluation of Relationship between Spiritual Leadership and Empowerment (A Case Study: Female High School Teachers, City of Saveh)

Abstract :
The present study is a descriptive–survey type research which aims to evaluate the relationship between spiritual leadership and empowerment of female high school teachers of Saveh City. The population of the study consists of 238 female high school teachers in Saveh city. Through random sampling method and Morgan Table, 148 participants were selected to fill out the survey questionnaires. The structural equation modeling (SEM) method and AMOS software were used to analyze the obtained data in either measurement model or structural sections. In the first section, the technical characteristics of the questionnaires were assessed and some corrections were made. In the second section, the t-coefficients for the study of research hypotheses were applied. The results indicated that there is a significant positive relationship between spiritual leadership and empowerment from one hand and a positive relationship between spiritual leadership and dimensions of empowerment on the other hand.
