Designing, a leadership pattern in the 21st century for primary school principals (Sample study elementry education of Tehran)

Abstract :
Abstract The current research is to present a leadership model in the 21st century for principals of elementary schools in Tehran. The research method is applied in terms of purpose, in terms of the type of qualitative data, in terms of the nature and type of data study, it is systemic (paradigmatic). The intended community includes experts in the field of human resources with specialized doctorate education and authors, articles, research and practical experience. Theoretical snowball sampling method and based on theoretical data saturation, 15 experts were selected for interview. The research tool was a semi-structured interview in which the dimensions, components and indicators of the leadership model in the 21st century were organized for the principals of primary schools in Tehran. For the aforementioned interview form, first, part of national and global patterns, findings, studies and theories were reviewed, with open coding, indicators and through axial coding in the form of dimensions, components and indicators were categorized and sent to 15 experts. With the help of selective coding through interviews, Delphi technique and brainstorming, dimensions and components were identified. As a result, 5 dimensions, 16 components and 111 indicators were finalized. After the final approval and prioritization of the experts, the dimensions, components and indicators of the model were drawn and the said model was again validated by the experts.
