Abstract :
HR professionals believe that artificial intelligence in HR management can provide opportunities to master new skills and gain more free time, allowing HR professionals to expand their current roles to be more strategic in their organization, as well as to improve quality. have a higher professional life, in this regard, the current research has investigated the impact of artificial intelligence on the performance of human resources and the quality of professional life of employees. The current research is an applied research and used library and field method to collect data in order to investigate objectives such as the impact of artificial intelligence on human resources performance and examine the advantages and challenges of the library method and use of previous research. has been investigated. In order to investigate the impact of artificial intelligence on the professional quality of life of employees, a field method was used, which distributed the quality of professional life questionnaire with the statistical population of 464 employees of Shiraz University in 1403 and analyzed the obtained data in SPSS software.24. The results obtained from all the selected methods in the survey indicate that artificial intelligence has a significant and key effect on the growth and improvement of the working process and professional life of employees, and there is a direct and meaningful relationship between artificial intelligence and the quality of professional life.
