Sociological study of cultural challenges the achievement levels of management in Iran

Abstract :
“Society cultural system” based on the structure and its element, of employment and access of women to managerial levels is determined. The society cultural system is formed by the deep belief and frame, organizational network and micro- culture community. Since each of these factors combined have organized two variables. In total the six independent variables describe and analyze the research issue in statistical society of Tehran municipality through their elements and indexes. With the discovery of reality which is based on scientific present study, cultural programming can be done until the women get the active participation condition in the development of the country process and play their worthy share to its accomplishment and the issue as a society concern is the necessity and objective of the present research. Combination of cultural development theories, cultural and organizational network with social psychology and personal and social skills, theoretical framework is built which support the research issue theoretical and conceptual and in the light of this the cultural challenges and barriers to women's access to managerial levels in Iran is properly investigated. Hypotheses derived from the theoretical framework of this study were selected 300 samples randomly from the 4347th person of the statistical population of Tehran municipality with benefit utilizing of methods and efficient techniques of research studied and were tested. The results and findings of the research in the context of describing the research sample population, explaining descriptive hypotheses, explain comparison - preference hypotheses, preferential-gender hypotheses, hypothesis of preferential of two-dimensional and finally to explain the mainhypothesis of research is reported and confirmed. The results indicate that culture, organizational structure and network have higher priority in achieving Iranian women to management levels. The cultural belief and faith of men and women about the cultural barrier associated with research issue is different.
