Abstract :

This article is concerned with the issue of picture galleries, obstacles ofinvesting and contribution of private sections. In this respect, first wehave defined picture galleries, next described the quality of economicactivities in the fields of arts and culture, then explained subjects likeeconomical contribution and investing, privatization, artistic and culturalcontribution, and finally we have characterized visual arts and itseconomic dimensions. And presenting the research framework,hypothesis, questions and goals of the investigation, we have pointed outthe results from the analysis of the data.
