Abstract :

In this article, primarily reviewing the issue of culture and theapproaches of propagating it, writers emphasize on that the key to achievethis goal is paying attention to the issues of “cultural management”; withthis preassumption , they review the effective factors on universitycultural managers’ performances. This investigation which studies thecultural managers of Islamic Azad University, branches of district 8 asindividual cases, and analyzes the data using the inferential statistics,concludes that there is a link between the university cultural managers’performance and the individual characteristics, attitudes and persuasionsof cultural managers, organizational and environmental factors of culturalunits.
