Abstract :

This text aims at the assessment of the internet as one of the newcommunicative technology in cultural development. In the first place, this study triesto define two concepts of the internet and cultural development; secondly, it looksover the structure, features, advantages and disadvantages of the internet. Afterward,to clarify the cultural development this article scrutinizes the role of the internet incultural and educational development as the main principle of cultural development.Finally, this study presents the result of a survey
