Abstract :
This research was done to explain culture engineering in Iranian organizations. Theresearcher had studied and combined the theories of Edgar Shine, Robins, Litwin andStringer in three different phases. Then, the cultural organizational elements regardingto each theory has been introduced and the main question of the research has beenstated: How to form a model for culture engineering in the level of Iranianorganizations? Thus, to find the answer to this question and to signify the importanceof each phase and element stated, a questionnaire has been handed out to 14 of theprodigies and managers of the Iranian Electricity Development Organization and theIranian Retirement Organization. This research has been done through theDescription-Measurement method. Finally, the results of the collected questionnairesshowed that the model presented in this research can be used in differentorganizations.
