Abstract :
This research focuses on the effects of quality of working life (Q.W.L)on employees’ performance in Alborz radio network in Karaj. Based on the goals of this research it is applied and from aspect of data collection it is descriptive in correlation. The statistical group consists all the employees Alborz radio network in Karaj in the year 1390(2011),which were 66 at the time of research. Sampling method was random. In this research in order to consider the hypothesis and validity of the questionnaire Pearson correlation test is used. To consider the reliability of the questionnaire Cronbach’s Alpha test is used. The questionnaire is designed in two parts;43 questions about Q.W.L ,and17 questions about performance. The basic tool for data analysis is SPSS software, and in the descriptive statistics(average and distribution)are used. Questionnair results showed that the directors for the purpose of increasing performances shoud pay enough attentions to being lawful of organization and social dependence of work life. The gained result of the research represent that there is a relation between work life quality and the employees’ activities.
