Abstract :
This paper evaluates the relationship between social capital and quality of workinglife of the staff and managers of human resources management of the Oil Company.In this respect, social capital is considered as an independent variable and quality ofworking life as a dependent variable. Then, the relation of these two variables isanalyzed through the data from questionnaire.The final analysis of the model showed that the relationship between social capitaland quality of working life is 98 percent which indicated that the relationship is verystrong so that it is only a distance of 0/02 from the homology (i.e., 1). In other words,with a change of one unit in social capital, quality of working life changes as much as0/98.
