Designing and explaining the administrative health promotion model in the organizations of free commercial and industrial zones of the country

Abstract :
The purpose of the research: The main purpose was to design and explain the administrative health improvement model in the organizations of free commercial and industrial zones of the country.Research method: Qualitative research method and research strategy were the foundation.Statistical population: The participants included board members, managers of various units in organizations of free trade zones, industrial countries.Research method: 12 people were selected as a sample using the purposeful sampling method and theoretical saturation logic. The data collection tool was interview and the method of analysis was open coding .Findings and results of the research: two categories of factors are effective in improving administrative health and fighting corruption at the level of free zone organizations. Intra-organizational factors include: individual factors (adherence to religious-ethical values, socialization of administrative health, degree of risk-taking and opportunity for corruption, attention to livelihood and financial issues) and organizational factors (transparency, organization structure, monitoring and control system, accountability, human resource management) efficient, law-oriented, education and development of religious and moral culture, establishment and development of electronic systems). Extra-organizational factors also include: improving security in free zones, organizing free zones, socio-cultural factors, political-legal tension reduction and stability and connection with international markets. Considering that these organizations are one of the important axes of the country's development and the lack of administrative health in them creates many negative effects, it is necessary to pay attention to all internal and external aspects and one or more factors cannot be enough in the fight against corruption.
