Presenting the Cultural Model of Professional Development of Sudent Teachers in Farhangian University (case study: physical education students)

Abstract :
The purpose of the research: one of the important parts of education and training in the fundamental transformation document is physical education, which as a cultural phenomenon, due to its diversity in functions, has mutual effects on other cultural and social phenomena. Therefore, this research was conducted with the aim of designing a cultural framework for the professional development of student physical education teachers at Farhangian University of Isfahan province.Research method: by using the foundation data method and asking opinions from 15 experts consisting of faculty members and veteran teachers of teacher training at the level of education and training and Farhangian University and through an open questionnaire and review of domestic and foreign texts and studies, a research conceptual model was designed.Findings: The results included 103 secondary cultural themes and 23 main cultural themes using open, central and selective coding.Conclusion: the factors affecting the cultural framework of the professional development of student teachers in the form of causal components (general conditions, skills, competence, evaluation, participation, knowledge, recognition of needs, internship and curriculum), contextual (organizational atmosphere, administrative and organizational conditions, pillars), The intervention (the role of the government, research and development, short-term courses, entrepreneurship courses and assistantship courses) and the consequences (characteristics of experienced and professional teachers, changes in recruitment patterns, benefit from experiences, creativity, effectiveness, tactfulness and foresight) were presented in the form of a proposed model to It provided a broader view for policy makers in this field.
