Identification of the resiliency human resource dimensions during pandemic covid-19 condition from Islamic point of view based on fuzzy Delphi method

Abstract :
If the celestial religions are expressed and practiced in the all their dimensions and totality, they can leave extraordinary effects in resilience and patience of their believers. Meanwhile, the religion of Islam, due to its comprehensiveness and human health’s position in the physical, spiritual, mental and social health aspects, has played a significant role in increasing the level of human resilience and paying attention to the teachings of this heavenly school in organizations would be a management facilitator to crises and unfortunate accidents. The current article is defined by the aim of identifying the dimensions of human resource resilience in pandemic corona disease based on Islamic teachings and is seeking to present comprehensive approaches to increasing human resource resilience against the corona virus through using the religious teaching and getting religious experts opinion. The statistical sample of this research is 30 religious experts working in governmental organizations that were identified and selected by snowball sampling method. The fuzzy Delphi method has been used in the identification process of the resilience dimensions and during the three stages of surveying the dimensions of resilience in four main aspects of financial-economical resilience, physical-biological resilience, cultural-social resilience and psychological-spiritual resilience have been identified in twenty components that can be an appropriate framework for editing the developing programs of the resilience human resources to deal with the pandemic coronary in today's organizations
