Analysis the impact of transformational leadership on organizational performance with mediating role of organizational culture (case study: agricultural bank employees of urmia city )

Abstract :
Today, one of the variables that have a significant impact on organizational performance is organizational culture. The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of transformational leadership on the organizational performance of agricultural bank employess of urmia city with the mediating role of organizational culture. The present research is descriptive-analytic and in terms of the implementation method, surveying research.The statistical population of this study was all employees of Agricultural Bank in urmia city and 200 people. 127 members of population were selected by random sampling method. The data collection tool was standard questionnairs of transformational leadership by Bass and Avoloi (2002) with a reliabilities coefficient of 0.88, Hersey and Goldsmith's organizational performance (1980) 0.86, and Denison organizational culture (2000) 0.91. Content validation was used to assess the validity of the measurement tools.Structural equation model by Smart PLS software was used to analyze the data. The findings show that transformational leadership has an impact on organizational performance by mediating role of organizational culture in agricultural bank employees of urmia city. The results of the research show the effect of transformational leadership on organizational performance and organizational culture, and organizational culture on organizational performance.
