Abstract :
This article discusses possible discussions in UC, where rotating and intermittent loading reservations are considered exploitation reservations. Expected Unsupplied Energy (EENS) is considered as a criterion for probability and a new method has been proposed to calculate this index in the presence of uninterruptible load. The credibility of issue 1Unit Commitment (RCUC) is expressed mathematically based on linear composition (MIP) programming. The most important economic constraint is the cost of energy. And technically, by considering intermittent loads and rotating reservations, with the help of possible topics, the amount of unsecured energy can be reduced and, of course, the reliability of the units' participation can be increased.
