1 - Using a spectrum estimation method to be used in estimating the signal reception time in the rail channel and using a genetic algorithm to estimate the user's location in the UMTS system

With the increasing need for location-dependent services and the proliferation of wireless networks aware of the user's location, location techniques in wireless networks have also become doubly important. TOA and TDOA-based location estimation methods are the most popular location methods and the accuracy of location in these methods naturally depends on the accuracy of TOA estimation. The accuracy of TOA estimation using conventional methods such as the maximum magnification criterion or the maximum posterior probability in different propagation environments is problematic, especially when there is no direct line of sight between the transmitter and receiver or the direct path signal is not the strongest received signal. As a result, in these conditions, there is a need for methods that have the ability to separate more and more accurately the received signals from different propagation paths in the time domain. For this reason, in this article, we review the MUSIC method, which is a method with high resolution. The results of this paper show that by having the difference in signal reception time (delay obtained by MUSIC method), to determine the user's location, the resulting hyperbolic equation can be solved by genetic algorithm and the user's location can be determined with higher accuracy and convergence speed. This article discusses possible discussions in UC, where rotating and intermittent loading reservations are considered exploitation reservations. Expected Unsupplied Energy (EENS) is considered as a criterion for probability and a new method has been proposed to calculate this index in the presence of uninterruptible load. The credibility of issue 1Unit Commitment (RCUC) is expressed mathematically based on linear composition (MIP) programming. The most important economic constraint is the cost of energy. And technically, by considering intermittent loads and rotating reservations, with the help of possible topics, the amount of unsecured energy can be reduced and, of course, the reliability of the units' participation can be increased. Distribution of distribution networks, which is done with a set of switches, is a simple and low-cost method that reduces the losses of the distribution system. In this paper, first, a genetic algorithm is proposed to optimize distribution network problems. Then, a new method has been proposed to rearrange the distribution networks in order to reduce losses using a genetic algorithm. This method introduces a combination of rearrangement, genetic algorithm and system automation, which is the main factor in reducing distribution network losses, which can be applied for rearrangement at several load levels as well as real-time load; Then, the use of modern equipment and the use of automation of the switching system are explained, and at the end, how to reduce costs and feedback on consumption costs is also explained. The efficiency of this method with a well-known standard distribution system is also shown. Manuscript profile

Artificial Aperture Radar (SAR) is a remote sensing system used to capture high-resolution images. This radar is installed on a platform (aircraft or satellite). Ideally, the platform is assumed to be moving at a constant speed along a straight path, while atmospheric disturbances and aircraft maneuvers, and other factors cause the platform to change in direct velocity and deviate from the nominal path, and a fuzzy error occurs in the received echo. As a result, there will be distortions in the final image. In this article, we will analyze the effects of platform motion on the artificial aperture radar image and the need to compensate for motion errors. Manuscript profile

5 - Improving the operating range of centrifugal gas compressors using surge control line with fuzzy controller
hossein karimzadeh Ali Rafiee Alireza Malahzadeh
The operating range of compressors is limited by the surge phenomenon. Surge control is unavoidable to deal with this phenomenon. As shown by the simulations, using this method for the gain of 0.3 treratel, stability is also achieved.

Identification by use of radio frequencies provides a tool for physical identification of objects, without the need to be checked with human eyes. The most effective factors in these systems are tags, readers, and the environment of the operation. Mounting devices for the tags have a direct effect on the efficiency of tag operation, especially near water and metal. The goal of this article is to introduce a set of experiments for checking the quality of tags in such systems. To achieve this goal, doing experiments of the maximum distance between tag and reader that be possible to read the tag; and sensitivity to orientation and also the efficiency of tags near materials in the UHF band for evaluating and comparing the operation of tags is necessary and therefore tag's operation will be investigated in three environments: free, tag near water and metal.
