Abstract :
The aim of the current research is to identify and prioritize the factors that affect teachers' creative teaching. This study is considered to be quantitative in terms of nature, non-experimental in terms of the amount of control of variables, and applied in terms of purpose. in order to identify factors, various scientific sources were studied including books, articles and valid scientific databases, as well as doing interviews with some experts and experienced teachers. In order to determine the effective factors, a questionnaire was designed with the aim of measuring the options based on a five-point Likert scale. The statistical population of this survey study included the teachers of elementary schools in the 5th educational district of Tehran. The sample size was determined using random sampling and Cochran's formula and consisted of 100 people. For inferential statistics, Bartlett's test, factor analysis, correlation coefficient, Martis, and Friedman's test were used. The results showed that the components of teaching belief, teaching motivation, teaching commitment, personal quality, learning attitude, personal effort, teaching belief are the influential factors that impact the creative teaching of teachers.
