About the Journal
Accounting and corporate governance research is a journal with scientific approach that publishes scientific articles with the mission of specialized development of corporate governance research in the country and providing the necessary solutions to strengthen the accountability system and respect the rights of beneficiaries as well as the intra-organizational and extra-organizational control system of economic enterprises. The journal is published according to the resolution of the 32nd session of the commission for determining the credibility of journals in the field of humanities and arts of Islamic Azad University dated 03/01/2022.
