Determine the Level of Organizational Intelligence and the Relationship Between the Productivity of Employees (Case Study: Islamic Azad University, Science and Research)

Abstract :
Purpose of research: Nowadays, everything is ahead of time, with the development of science and technology and the emergence of new needs and challenges, organizations are more complicated and difficult to handle and in addition to any modern organization and a great source of creative human, other factors also play a role in the process of organizational performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of organizational intelligence, Islamic Azad University, Science and Research, and the relationship between the productivity of employees. Method: This study is an applied research that implemented in Survey – Descriptive method. Statistical Population of this research consists from 820 people of Science and Research Branch Staff that selected 286 people as Statistical sample randomly. Used questionnaires Albrecht organizational intelligence for collecting data and used t-test and Pearson's correlation coefficient to the research questions has been answered. Conclusions: The results showed that the level of intelligence in science and research unit located in desirable and research hypotheses have been confirmed. The findings show that productivity is significant and positive relationship with all aspects of intelligence.
