Comparison between Boroujerd and Dooroud Islamic councils in terms of performance

Abstract :
Abstract In viewpoint of Islam and The Constitution law of Islamic Republic of Iran, Islamic councils play an important role and have a great position. So that some verses of The Holy Quran and traditions and principles of The Constitution law have been allocated to councils. The councils are one of the important components of local governments in every country. Local government or organization is similar to a country in more narrow size. Compared to definition of country and local organization, some common grounds are appeared. It means that local units must have certain territory, population, and enough authority to perform their duties. In regard to Islamic councils are in during the third period and have emerged from childhood, question in this research is to consider how is the performance of councils in various places. So in this paper we studied comparatively performance of Borujerd and Doorud Islamic councils and proposed assumptions in which Borujerd Islamic council had effective function more than Doorud Islamic council regarding size of the planning, monitoring, counseling, implementation of functional indexes. Because the normality of variables was supported, we used the parametric test in this study. These tests include T test, the comparison independently between two groups that were used in this study.concerning test results,these hypotheses were not confirmed.
