Abstract :
| Abstract Objective: Policy problematization helps policymakers identify key stakeholders and interact with them effectively. Student development and socialization play a very important role in ensuring the formation of students' personalities and quality of life. Method: This research was conducted based on a mixed approach and qualitatively and quantitatively in the inductive-deductive paradigm; in the qualitative part of the research, using semi-structured interviews with 21 policy experts and professors, the findings were analyzed and the present model was designed. Accordingly, by analyzing the content of the interviews and research using the 2020Maxqda software, the relevant dimensions were extracted and the importance and priority of each were determined using the Shannon entropy technique. Results: Based on the research approach, 2 aspects, 43 components, and 139 codes were extracted. The authorities must first gain a precise understanding and recognition of the components of the Ministry of Education's policymaking problem in the field of upbringing and socialization in order to be able to understand the dimensions of the problem in this area. Conclusion: This research was presented in the form of 43 components and the validity of the research model was measured and confirmed using the partial least squares method and Smart PLS software. |
