The impact of Wisdeme management dimensions on organizational communication management

Abstract :
The present research aims to examine the impact of knowledge management dimensions on organizational communication management. The research method is descriptive-correlational and was conducted in a population of 650 managers and teachers in Sari city. To collect data, two questionnaires were used: the knowledge management questionnaire by Fazeli (2011) and the organizational communication management questionnaire by Tang and Gao (2012). To assess the validity of the research, content validity (expert validity) and the CVR index (Lawshe coefficient) were utilized, and the reliability of the questionnaires was calculated using Cronbach's alpha, resulting in 0.92 and 0.94, respectively. For descriptive statistics, SPSS23 software was used, and for examining the conceptual model of the research and the main hypotheses, Smart PLS 3.0 software was employed. The results indicated that the t-statistic was 2.576 and the standardized coefficient was 0.132; therefore, the need for knowledge has an effect on communication management in the Sari education organization. The t-statistic of 3.267 and the standardized coefficient of 0.186 show that knowledge-based performance improves communication in the Sari education organization. The t-statistic of 5.111 and the standardized coefficient of 0.179 also indicate that the third hypothesis is confirmed and that knowledge creation has a significant impact on communication management in the Sari education organization
