The Relationship between Information Literacy with Organizational Knowledge Creation in Graduate students

Abstract :
This study investigated the relationship between literacy among university students. This study is applied and the nature and descriptive , correlational harm The population consisted of all higher education students graduate and doctoral courses all groups in the fields of humanities , basic sciences , science and agriculture 1472 student to master and 47 doctoral student is studying at the Open University Bojnoord. The sample size in this study, according to Morgan 302 graduate students and 44 doctoral students was estimated that a total of 346 people . And stratified random sampling in master's and PhD degree was determined . Research and Knowledge Creation tools and information literacy , which is 93% alpha / 0 and 93 / 0 were estimated. Kolmogorov-Smirnov test for normality using test variables studied And with the approval of normality, to analyze research to increase the power of the Pearson correlation coefficient , regression, with 16 SPSS software were analyzed .، The results indicate that the positive and significant relationship between information literacy students and playing there. Regression analysis showed that significantly all the variables except the ability to determine the extent and nature of information obtained 0.05 less than the standard number This indicates that all components except the variable ability to determine the extent and nature of organizational knowledge-creation data variable effectiveness.
