Abstract :
In dominant or systematic approach to tourism management, tourism has been formed from two main aspects, namely supply and demand, Their optimum performance under the impact of the external environment (economic, social, etc.) will affect tourism system .It must be recognized that the promotion of tourism as an activity with extensive stages and various actors, needs to be coordinated and arranged functionally regarding all of its aspects and elements. Whereas, in villages under study, just as general conditions of all rural areas, the dominance of partial views of tourism management system causes the unsatisfactory performance of the core elements of tourism system. As a result, it leads to failure to achieve a positive outcome of the development of tourism industry. In this regard, it is necessary to first to analyze the vulnerability of the area using a comprehensive view and based on a systematic approach to overcome the existing unsuitable conditions. To achieve these goals, a study was performed. Theoretically, data collection was done by means of documentary resources and practically, the questionnaires were distributed among 100 experts and tourism professionals in Kurdistan province. For data analysis, descriptive statistics (mean and mode) and One Sample T test as well as Friedman and SWAT techniques in the SPSS software were run. The analyses showed that the indicators of external environment and post-demand were satisfying while the state of the post-supply of regional tourism was unfavorable. Also, the results of Swat planning techniques indicated that the area under the study was in adversity as far as the market was concerned. Among the strategies of this position, using the favorable position along with the country's major commercial tourism, Bane - Marivan was proved to have the most important executive strategy and priority.
