Abstract :

Increasing the acceleration of environmental changes and competitiveness of the market has put organizations in new conditions. Organizations in the home appliance industry also face many problems. In this research, we seek to achieve a policy model for business organizations to adapt to uncertain environmental conditions in the home appliance industry. The present research orientation is developmental-applied. In the first phase of library resources, texts that use policy concepts, uncertainty and studies in the field of home appliance industry and their derivatives. In the second phase, the interview text of experts who have been active in the field of policy and production of home appliances has been used. Sampling was purposeful, snowball. finally, 15 experts interviewed semi-structured. The research led to the identification of 17 categories and 74 selected codes. The factors are classified into six general categories: causal conditions, components of the policy model, factors that facilitate or limit the formulation and implementation of the policy model ,factors influencing the implementation of the model ,components of central phenomenon, strategies, Finally consequences of the formulation and implementation of the policy model .The results show that the position and capacity of the home appliance industry plays a significant role in the development of the country. Paying attention to this sector will create new employment and development opportunities. Recognizing and applying the policy model of active organizations in this area can be a good way to confront them with uncertain environment and achieve their goals.
