        This paper examines the effect of the level of familiarity with the English language skills of students in the development of entrepreneurial orientation is discussed. The design was a descriptive correlation method was performed. The study of English Literature, Islamic Azad University, all undergraduate students will form among which 258 students of the college department cluster method was chosen.         This study aimed to investigate the relationship between organizational effectiveness and entrepreneurial skills among working martyred and gallantry students in the East of Mazandaran.  For this purpose,   we selected 132 martyred and gallantry students from 210 students through simple random sampling. Descriptive method was used for this study and for collection of data; we did employ standard entrepreneurial skill questionnaire with 22-items and standard questionnaire for organizational effectiveness with 15 items. Its validity was confirmed by experts.   In this study, the alpha coefficient of the questionnaire for entrepreneurial skills and organizational Effectiveness was calculated 82/0 and87/0 respectively. In order to analyze the specific research questions, descriptive and inferential statistics methods, and Spearman correlation tests were used.  Kolomorghogh   -   Smirinef and non – parametric tests were used. Results showed that there is a significant relationship between personal skills and organizational effectiveness, interpersonal skills and interactional skills, processing skills and organizational effectiveness. The results showed that in general there is a significant relationship between entrepreneurial skills and organizational effectiveness. Manuscript profile

        In this study, we intend to make sociology with chaos theory. Our designing research is the secondary analysis of police information. There are a lot of fractals in our chaotic world. We said a lot of fractals are present in our behavior, therefore in a major view we have fractals in relations of different societies. If we know positive social fractals and expand them in our society we will have progressive social chaos in future. If we accept negative fractals, we will be lead towards regressive social chaos non-consciously. All sociologists should intend to find beautiful social fractals and inform people about it and manage to keep them in order to have progressive social chaos in future. This is the real goal of sociology and sociologists task.         The present study aimed to assess the impact on social capital, intellectual capital, knowledge management, with emphasis on the role of mediator in management is done. The aim of the present study, the applicability of the method of data collection, descriptive and correlational and is based on the structural equation model. A survey was carried out among 100 elementary school principals. As an example of this number, 80 were selected using simple random sampling. This tool consists of three questionnaires were intellectual capital and social capital and knowledge management. Results showed that, between intellectual capital and social capital there is a significant relationship. Positive impact on knowledge management and intellectual capital.         The main task of technical and vocational training system is manner of human resources needed by the community that prepare the community needs to provide both training skilled people to enter business and find suitable job position. This study aimed to investigate the action of North Khorasan Province technical and vocational training to welcomed and attract young people to national skills matches conducted. Research methodology in the research is as a descriptive, by type of survey method and statistical population includes trainers, trainees and people who took part in national skill matches. Total of samples were estimated on the basis of Krejcie & Morgan table was 267 people. Measuring instrument was the questionnaire produced by researcher included 25 questions and base on five degree scale of Likert has been performed. Reliability of regulatory questionnaire with respect to the calculation of the Cronbach's alpha coefficient (0.862) was estimated for trainers, trainees and candidates who took part in annual skill matches national level. Finally، after collecting data، statistical analysis was done using descriptive and inferential statistics and software SPSS. The results showed that all the hypotheses of the process of education in vocational and technical centers, there skilled trainer and quality of programs and standards in vocational training centers provide maximum adsorption in national skill matches in North Khorasan Province has had a positive effect. According to Friedman test’s coefficient, the results indicate that skilled trainers with a coefficient of 4.18, the quality of programs and educational standards by a factor of 3.55 and effect of education posses by a factor of 1.95 to the respondents on the uptake young people in the national skills matches and all researched hypotheses have been positive influence and meaningful Manuscript profile

        This study examined is the curss of  the  effect of stress management training on job stress and teacher’s action. The research design is quasi-experimental pretest and posttest. and statistical population of this research include all of the men and women teachers (163 persons) employed in Sheshtamad, Sabzevar. After run of pretest , 40 persons of the teachers who reported the highest stress were randomly divided  into experimental and control groups.The cursse of the training period were taught to the experimental group, over 10 educational sessions, including a variety of time management programs, direct and indirect ways of confronting, courage Assertiveness and  class management. HSE  Job stress  and Paterson job performance questionnaires conducted to collect information at pre-and post-tests.SPSS software and covariance tests, ANOVA and Pearson correlation was used for data analysis.Results indicated that teachers’s stress with this stress management training period reduced compared with the control group and their performance has increased.Other findings were that women are more impressible to education than men and the experience of teaching has not effect on the teacher’s job stress.It was observed that there is a significant relation between stress and job performance in groups.
