        The present study aimed at identifying the relationship between the teacher-student thinking style match/mismatch and students’ creativity dimensions. The research method in this study is descriptive and correlation. The study population consisted of all students of Ijtehad higher education institute in 1394-1395. From this population, 100 students (including 39 males and 61 females) were selected through Stratified Random Sampling approach to answer to a thinking style questionnaire as well as the Torrance Tests of Creativity. Their teachers – a group of six- were also given a questionnaire of thinking style in teaching. The Pearson correlation coefficient and the regression analysis were used to analyze the data. The findings show that, in general, the match of judicial thinking style (r=-0.34,p<0/01 ) and conservative thinking style (r=-0.42,p<0/01) have meaningful relationships with innovation and extension of creativity (r=-0/32,p<0/01). Concerning the investigation of the four dimensions of creativity, the findings of the study show that the match of the judicial thinking style (Beta= -0.35) and mismatch of the liberal thinking style (Beta =0.37) were the most predictive. The final findings of the study show that the match of the thinking styles has more relationship with creativity than the mismatch of thinking styles. In addition to develop creativity, the judicial and liberal thinking styles ought to be developed in both teachers and students. Manuscript profile

        This study aimed to investigate the management by value situation in Mazandaran Islamic Azad University. This study is objectively application Al and methodologically correlational descriptive statistical population of this study includes all faculty members with the rank of Assistant professor, Associate professor and professor that are 472. Statistical sample has been selected by Cochran formula and they were 212 and selected by random stratified sampling. We have used researcher self-made questionnaire of management by value. Congestive and formal validity has been approved by experts and authors. Cronbach's Alpha coefficient has been used for estimating reliability. That was accepted as 0/98. Descriptive and deductive statistics methods (t-student and freedman test) have been used to data analysis. Results showed that management by value in Mazandaran Islamic Azad University is in normal situation. All four criteria of management by value have normal situation in this University. Strategic values is in first rank and has the best situation among management by value criteria from participants perspective. Social values, personal and operational are in the next ranks.         The purpose of the present study was explaining the causal model of organizational culture in conflict resolution in individual school principals in Tabriz. The study was based on causal model and path analysis. The population of Tabriz that all school administrators in the 2016-2017 school year that number was 140, according to statistics provided by the Organization The number of 97 people multistage random sampling method and were selected using Cochran formula. To collect data by the Inventory organizational culture Cameron & Quinn (2006) and Inventory organizational conflict Inventory-II (ROCI-II) Rahim (1995). Data was analyzed using path analysis. The reliability and validity of the questionnaire was confirmed. The results showed that the effect of organizational culture is conflict resolution accommodating, integrating and obliging positive and significant and conflict resolution dominating negative and significant. Also effect of organizational culture is conflict resolution avoiding negative and not significant. Therefore attention to the organizational culture managers can be reduced of conflict resolution.         This study is investigates relations among philosophical mindedness and curriculum ideology with teaching approaches in teachers. The society of this study were included All teachers in second high school of theoretical branches in Nahavand city (244 persons) that finally 183 Questionnaires Collected by Census methods. Research tools include questionnaires of Philosophic Mindedness(1382), curriculum ideology (1393) and teaching approaches (2007). Questionnaires’ Validity Confirmed by Experts and Cronbach’s alpha coefficients for philosophic mindedness was 0/72 and for teaching approaches was 0/85 and retest coefficients for one of curriculum ideology Dimensions was higher than 0/69. The result shows that teachers philosophical mindedness (p < 0.01, 0.63) are higher than average. The dominant ideology among them was social performance andTeacher-centered was more than Student-centeredsupported by teachers.Also results show that philosophical mindedness and Flexibilitydimensionwith Scholar academic ideology, Learner centered ideology and Social reconstruction ideology. There is a meaningful relationship between philosophical mindedness and Teacher-oriented approach (P>0.05), Also philosophical mindedness Penetration and Comprehensivenesswith Teacher-oriented teaching and student-oriented teaching approaches observed. Also positive meaningful relationship between Teacher-oriented teaching and student-oriented teaching approaches (p<0.01, r= 0.33) are other results of this study. Manuscript profile

        Introduction: the aim of this research is study The relationship between depedence on mobile, psycological capital, social capital and coping strategies amoung students. Metod: Research metod was discriptive and correlational statistical population were all of students in the academic year 2013-2014 Ardebil University researcher studing were formed. From this population, 378 patients ( 234 female, 144 male) were selectedby multistage cluster random sampling. To collected data from the Yung dependence on mobile Scale, psychological capital Lotanz Scale, social capital Delaviz Scale and coping strategies moos and bilings Questionnaire. Results: the results showed that there is negative relationship between dependence on mobile with components of psychological capital.There is a significant relationship between the dependence on mobile with coping strategies. Between dependence on mobile and problem-focused strategy, cognitive strategy, there is a negative relationship. But the dependence on mobile, emotion and avoidance strategies, positive relationship exists. And there isnt relationship between Dependence on mobile, behavioral strategies and social capital. Conclusion: Components of psychological capital and coping strategies important role in controle of dependence on mobile. Manuscript profile

        This study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of creative storytelling on creativity and problem solving ability of preschool children was conducted. Research method was quasi-experimental with pretest-posttest design with a control group. The study population included all preschool children (5-6 years old) in city of Yazd, that a sample of 30 subjects were selected by multistage cluster sampling and And randomly divided into two groups (n = 15) and control (n = 15). In both groups, pre-test was conducted and the experimental group and trial operation of creative storytelling and received 10 sessions and post-test for both groups. To gather data, the Tower of London and Torrance creativity questionnaire (picture form) was used. Data were analyzed using analysis of covariance. The results showed that creative storytelling significantly improves problem solving ability and creativity of preschool children. Based on our results, we can say, creative storytelling can be an efficient method to improve problem solving ability and creativity of preschool children. Manuscript profile

        Purpose : The purpose of the present study was to investigate the effectiveness of Shafiabady`s multi-axial pattern on self- evaluation of the voctional performance in Behbahan Islamic Azad university staffs. Method :The design of the study was a semi-experimental with per-test, post-test and control group. The target population included all Behbahan Islamic Azad university staffs. The sample was selected by a Cluster sampling method from two of three different sections of the university (educational and dormitory) that was chosen randomly. Subjects were asked to respond to self- evaluation questionnaires of self- evaluation of the voctional performance , out of which 20 employees who scored lower than others were selected from each sectors and were randomly assigned to experimental and control groups. The experimental group received 8 sessions of treatment (each 90minutes) based on shafiabady`s multi-axial pattern, and there was no treatment for the control group. The post-test administered and the follow-up was done one month later. Result :Analysis of covariance and dependent t-test were run to analyze the data. The results showed that shafiabady`s multi-axial pattern has a significant effect on self- evaluation of the voctional performance in the staffs, and the results were stable over time. Conclusion: Therefore, it is recommended that this method be used to increase vocational performance self-assessment. Manuscript profile

        The main purpose of this research is Study of the raelationship between self- efficacy and self- concept with emotional well-being based on jobs in teachers of Bojnourd girls primary school. The method of research is descriptive- survey and correlation type and the tools for collecting information in this research include standard teachers’ self-efficacy questionnaire developed by tschannen- moran (2001), self- concept questionnaire developed by Dolatabadi (2007) and emotional well-being questionnaire related to Jaws job byVan Katwyk (2000) which have 24, 48 and 20 items, respectively, in which they have face and content validity; their reliability coefficients by using Cronbach’s Alpha test are equal to 0.83, 0.91 and 0.80, respectively. The considered population of this research includes all teachers in girls’ primary courses of Bojnoord City who are 260 persons. sample equal to 150 persons are determined according to the Morgan’s table. The sampling method is random stratified. structural equations by statistical applications Lisrel the results showed that According to statistical analysis, the power relationship between self-efficacy and emotional well-being of 57/0 is calculated, Self-concept and emotional well-being was measured against 0.46. 7.90 and 6.62 also obtained test statistic is greater than the critical value t at the level of 5% to 1.96 and indicates that the observed correlation is significant. So with 95% between self-efficacy and self-concept and emotional well-being of girls' primary school teachers Bojnoord-based jobs are related. Manuscript profile
