Abstract :
The purpose of the research is to study the group counciling effectiveness, with the aspect of job compatablity, on increasing the employees’ job motivation in Tehran inspecting organization headquarter. The statistical population includes all staff personal of Tehran inspecting organization head quarter in 1384. The volume of the sample, according to the scientific principles is 60 people divided into two groups (test and control groups) by simple random sampling. For collecting the data, Herzberg hypothesis 36-question 963questionary was used in 8 sessions of two hour classes with motivational and hygienic factors as wall as group counciling regarding the job compatablity. For analyzing the data, the descriptive statestics (frequency, percent, graphic and average) was used. And for testing the research questions, the independent and correlation T test and Fridman test was done.
