        Nowadays, the importance of oil is no secret to anyone, and the consequences of its income are influential in the different areas of the social life of the exporting countries; therefore, it is futile to investigate these consequences regardless of the social and political conditions associated with the governments of the above-mentioned countries. Thus, this study has attempted to study rentierism and the political development of the Islamic Republic of Iran in order to identify threats, opportunities, weaknesses and strengths using a Delphi method. the Delphi method was used in the field of research and using the open-ended questionnaire, the experts in political sociology, economics and politics were asked questions in six stages of Delphi. In this regard, The most important opportunities: strengthing military power, providing ways to be independent politically and economically, appropriate international relations through income derived from natural resources; Threats: widespread intervention of foreign countries, reduction of national security, and lack of interaction with global economy; Strengths: formation of the middle class, social institutionalization, order and modern state; Weaknesses: lack of seriousness in receiving tax, concentration of resources in the hands of the government, and non-formation of indepdent social groups can be mentioned.  Manuscript profile

        This article was done by explaining sociology as the role of civic institutions on social capital in Tehran in 2016 using a survey method and a questionnaire. Due to the breadth and complexity of urban issues, as well as gaining different experiences in the field of urban projects and programs, partnerships in order to achieve better goals of local communities, is a requirement of city management. On the other hand, it has been shown that action in its true sense requires the institutionalization and sustainability of participation. This is symmetrical with the formation of organizations and institutions of society. In other words, the expansion and deepening of popular participation requires the organization, institutionalization, and creation of appropriate structural conditions.         Human beings have experienced many changes in their aesthetic tastes and values throughout their lives. For this reason, different approaches have been proposed in the history of thought to explain these changes, which in this research have been referred to sociological opinions.This research has been done with the aim of measuring the cultural and artistic taste of Ahwaz citizens, studying distinc factors affecting it sociologically and investigating similarity of taste in effect virtual social networks. By interviewing the most important indexes related to cultural and artistic taste were identified and then, using the Survey method, citizens of Ahwaz were studied. By testing the research hypothesis, it was found that 7 variables studied, included gender, type of job, ethnicity, educational level, economic capital, cultural capital and socioeconomic class, are factors affect on cultural and artistic tastes of Ahwaz citizens which makes it distinct and it was found that the use of virtual social networks makes similarity in tastes.         From the point of view of political sociology, parties are one of the most important and effective social forces in political processes, so that the political space of modern societies cannot be imagined without parties. On the other hand, the role of parties in the process of political development and the deepening of democracy is emphasized. In this study, the attitudes of the sixth and seventh term Majlis - as one of the most important pillars of the political system - to the role of divisiveness in political development, and the impact of this attitude on their political behavior, are examined. The findings of the study indicate a significant correlation between a positive attitude to the role of parties in political development and a tendency to party activity. In other words, a considerable part of the sixth and seventh members of parliament believe that parties and parties have a positive and effective role in the political development process, on the other hand, the positive attitude of the party on the influence of political development on the political behavior of the MPs. The positive and the representatives who believed in the positive role of the parties in the process of political development have also in practice been more inclined to party activity.         the external business environment is composed of numerous external elements outside the organization and generally business managers are incapable of fully recognizing and exercising control over them. However, this environment and its components influence the decisions of business managers and their performance. In this study, an attempt was made to investigate the effect of the components of the business external environment on the performance of industrial units in Ardabil province. The present study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of method. The statistical population of this study was all managers of industrial units in Ardabil province. The minimum sample size for completing the questionnaires of this research was 184 entrepreneurs and was randomly selected and the questionnaire was distributed among them. The validity of the research instrument was calculated using the confirmatory factor analysis model and its reliability was calculated using Cronbach's alpha. Data analysis was performed using SPSS and SMART PLS software using descriptive statistics and structural equation modeling. Findings showed that the business external environment has a significant and positive effect on the production-commercial performance of industrial units. Also, the research findings indicated that the components of political and legal environment, economic environment, cultural and social environment and technological environment have a significant effect on the productive-commercial performance of industrial units.         Social capital is a suitable platform for human capital and physical productivity and considered a way to achieve success that gives meaning to life and makes life easier and more enjoyable. Consumption of cultural goods as an aspect of cultural life in action is influenced by the presence of social capital. The aim is to investigate the relationship between students' social capital and cultural consumption in Damghan city. The research method is survey and data collection is done by a questionnaire that after acquiring validity and reliability, are distributed among the participants with a random sampling technique. The statistical population is all students of this city in 2013, which is 2608. A sample of 380 is determined by Cochran’s formula. The result shows that the result of consumption of cultural goods is different between gender and type of school, and the relationship between socio-economic class, social trust, social participation, social interaction, membership in social groups and the social capital of students with their cultural consumption is significant.
