Abstract :
Objective: The aim of this research was to provide a model for the development of active sustainable sports tourism
Methodology: The community of this research includes all the professors, managers and experts in two fields of tourism and sports. In order to determine the relevant pattern, the statistical sample in this research was determined using the snowball method of 14 people, and it was stopped until saturation was reached. The pattern was extracted as a qualitative method using Glaser's grounded theory approach and was evaluated with the help of kappa codes. In order to validate the codes, it was confirmed by using the Lawshe coefficient and using the opinion of 30 experts.
Results: The results have shown that the model has the dimension of fair distribution of services with the aim of creating a sense of belonging, finding talent and ensuring the existence of equal services for tourists. Also, there are social, environmental and economic dimensions, respectively, using the approach of participation, compliance with health standards and strengthening cash flow as dimensions of sustainability in this model. Other aspects such as raising awareness and proper communication with stakeholders, implementing an integrated performance management system, stability and agility of performance, creativity and innovation in performance, creating appropriate infrastructure, considering core capabilities, comprehensive quality management, forward-looking and capable leaders, and supporting the governance system, everyone is in line to strengthen the three dimensions of sustainability in this model.
