Designing a model of the role of quantum management paradigm skills in human resources conflict management strategies of Iranian sports organizations

Abstract :
The purpose of the research was to design a model of the role of quantum management paradigm skills in human resources conflict management strategies of Iranian sports organizations. The research method was descriptive-correlation with emphasis on structural equations. The statistical population was members of sports organizations (3237 people). Using the Kaiser-Meir-Elkin index, 500 people were selected as a sample with a proportional stratified method. The research tool included the Robbins Conflict Management Questionnaire and the researcher-made questionnaire of quantum paradigm human resource management skills, which was obtained by the exploratory analysis method. The content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by management experts and the components and items were identified by structural equation method and exploratory analysis. Its validation and validity were measured through exploratory factor analysis, first-stage confirmatory factor analysis, and convergent construct validity, and its reliability was measured by Cronbach's alpha method and composite reliability. In order to check the research model and assumptions, structural equation method was used. Data were analyzed by SPSS 24 and Amos 24 software. The results showed that the average skills of quantum paradigm of management and conflict management strategies of human resources of Iranian sports organizations are better than average. The designed structural model has a good fit in all indicators and the skills of the quantum paradigm of management have an effect on the human resources conflict management strategies of Iranian sports organizations.
