Designing and validation of competency-based professional training Pattern

Abstract :
Introduction: Studies conducted in relation to competency-based training show that training is a planned effort to facilitate the learning of job competencies of employees. This research was done with the aim of designing and validating the pattern of professional training based on the competence of financial experts.Research methodology: This research was conducted with a mixed exploratory method. The approach of its qualitative part was based on foundational data theory and in the quantitative part, it was a survey. In order to collect information in the qualitative part, semi-structured interview and data analysis method, open, central and selective coding have been used. Competency codes and components were calculated from the interviews. In order to measure the findings from the interview, a questionnaire was compiled and distributed in the quantitative section. Findings: Data analysis was done with the methods of factor analysis and path analysis and the relevant pattern was designed. The results showed that the components of the training pattern based on the competence of experts are: philosophy and goals, components of competence of financial experts, development methods, executive stages of competence development, implementation of the training program, evaluation of the training program and modification of the program. Conclusion: The measurement of the appropriateness and fit of the pattern showed that the pattern has a good fit and can be used as a pattern for training financial experts.
