Abstract :
This research was conducted with the aim of exploratory factor analysis of the scale of green human resource management with the approach of strategic systems. The descriptive-analytical research method was validation type. The research community was all managers and experts of water and waste organization of Semnan province. Exploratory factor analysis methods were used for data analysis. Also, the output results of the topics were evaluated with the opinion of expert professors in the field of human resource management, which showed their acceptable validity. In addition, Holsti's method was used to obtain the reliability of the scale, based on which the reliability rate was 0.876. For analysis, factor analysis, KMO and Bartlett tests were used with SPSS and Lisrel software. The factor analysis test includes 19 evaluations of the selection code of green employment, personality factors, design of green processes, technological conditions, implementation of waste management system, green specialized training, consolidation of organizational culture for green participation, empowerment of green employees, strengthening of payment and green rewards. , creating the right context in order to create awareness and attitude, energy consumption optimization management, green health and safety management, economic factors, green performance improvement, managerial factors, stakeholder support, green intellectual capital, green communication, organizational support that has been Finally, it has been evaluated using the path analysis test, and the results indicate the positive impact of all codes on green human resource management.
