ادراک معلمان و دانشجویان EFL نسبت به کتاب مقدماتی دبیرستان انگلیسی (چشم انداز1)

Abstract :
در کشورهایی که به کتب درسی به عنوان منبع اصلی فرآیند آموزش/ یادگیری نگاه می شود، ارزیابی کتب درسی امری ضروری و اجتناب ناپذیر به نظر می رسد. تحقیق کنونی با هدف ارزیابی کتاب درسی جدید التألیف زبان انگلیسی ویژه دانشآموزان پایه دهم دبیرستان در ایران با نام ویژن 1 (Vision 1) انجام گردیده است. به همین منظور، دو گروه شامل یک گروه 30 نفره از معلمان مدرس کتاب مذکور و گروه دیگر متشکل از 70 دانش آموز پایه دهم در شهرستان باغملک واقع در استان خوزستان در این تحقیق شرکت کردند. به منظور جمع آوری داده های کمی از دو پرسشنامه استفاده گردید. در این پرسشنامه ها کتاب مذکور از منظر هفت معیار شامل ملاحظات عملی، طرح و طراحی، فعالیت ها، مهارت ها، نوع زبان، موضوع و محتوا و ملاحظات فرهنگی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. یافته های این تحقیق حاکی از آن است که معلمان و دانشآموزان در همه معیارها به جز معیار ملاحظات فرهنگی به کتاب علاقه مند بودند. نتایج همچنین نشان داد که بین درک معلمان و دانش آموزان نسبت به کتاب تفاوت معناداری وجود ندارد. می توان نتیجه گرفت که کتاب نیاز به تغییر دارد و لازم است جنبه ارزشهای فرهنگی زبان دوم در آن گنجانده شود، به طوری که دانشآموز با بهرهگیری از آنها بتواند با فرهنگ مردم انگلیسی زبان آشنا گردد.
