تاثیر موسیقی پس زمینه هنگام خواندن صامت روی درک مطلب فراگیران ایرانی انگلیسی به عنوان یک زبان خارجی

Abstract :
مقالهی حاضر به بررسی تاثیر موسیقی حین خواندن آرام بر درک مطلب زبانآموزان ایرانی میپردازد. شرکتکنندگان در این پژوهش شامل 57 زبانآموز دو کلاس پایه سوم دبیرستان در محدودهی سنی 14تا 16 سال بودند که سطح مهارت آنها بر اساس آزمون استاندارد PET پیشمتوسطه بود. قبل از اجرای دورهی آموزشی مورد نظر، هر دو گروه آزمایشی و شاهد به واسطهی یک پیشآزمون درک خواندن ارزیابی شدند. در گروه آزمایشی، محقق سوناتهای موتزارت را به عنوان موسیقی پسزمینه پخش کرد و و از زبانآموزان خواست متنها را به آرامی خوانده، به سوالات درک مطلب پاسخ دهند. در گروه شاهد نیز روند کار همین بود، با این تفاوت که هیچ موسیقی در حین خواندن آرام پخش نمیشد. پس از ده جلسه، از زبانآموزان هر دو گروه خواسته شد به سوالات بخش خواندن از یک آزمون PET مستقل ولی موازی دیگر به عنوان پسآزمون پاسخ دهند. نتایج آزمون تی مستقل نشان داد که عملکرد گروه آزمایشی در درک خواندن بهطور قابلملاحظهای از گروه شاهد بهتر بوده و گوشدادن به موسیقی حین خواندن آرام تاثیری مثبت بر درک خواندن زبانآموزان ایرانی دارد. نتایج مطالعهی حاضر برای زبانآموزان، معلمان و مربیان تربیت معلم و همچنین طراحان برنامههای درسی و مواد آموزشی کاربرد دارد.
