Abstract :
The present study deals with the relation between change management by managers and teachers performance. In so doing, 128 teachers and 368 students were selected by cluster sampling method and 368 students and 128 teachers were given certain questionnaires. The result of the study showed that there was signification relation between application of change management and teachers performance
