Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of green human resource management dimensions on the financial performance of the company. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in nature. The statistical population of the research includes 110 managers and deputies of Iran Khodro Company and the stratified random sampling method is 86. The number of sample members was determined using Morgan table to 86 people. Data were collected using Kim's standard 26-item Human Resource Management Questionnaire (2019) and data analysis was performed by structural equation modeling using LISREL software. Findings indicate that when environmental concerns are one of the characteristics identified in the job description of the organization, experts are attracted to the organization who care about environmental issues, and on the other hand, the organization itself to fill positions Jobs give priority to those who have a high level of environmental awareness, and in the meantime, savings occur that ultimately lead to improved corporate financial performance.
