Abstract :
The aim of the present study was to determine the relationship between organizational health, job satisfaction, and innovative organizational climate with psychological empowerment in employees of an industrial organization in Ahvaz. The statistical population of this study included all employees of an industrial organization in Ahvaz, of whom 400 were selected as a sample using the Morgan table, sample size determination formula, and stratified random sampling method. Four organizational health questionnaires were used to collect data: Tamimi Nejad's job satisfaction questionnaire (Selanova and Shofili), innovative organizational climate (Siegel and Kaymer), and psychological empowerment (Spreitzer). The present study was a correlational study. Data analysis using Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression at a significance level of p<0.0001 showed that there is a significant positive relationship between organizational health, job satisfaction, and innovative organizational climate with psychological empowerment. At the same time, regression analysis showed that job satisfaction and organizational health were better predictors of the criterion variable of psychological empowerment.
